Vince is an amazing teacher and the culture at the gym is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Very high level of training here as well.

Vince Himself has such high-level jujitsu and is very well respected amongst the jujitsu community throughout Sydney and beyond. I have thoroughly enjoyed training there and if my professor ever leaves, I’ll be moving up to Frenchs Forest SJJA. 👊

Vince was my very first Professor of BJJ in 2018 until covid hit. I am glad that SJJA Fenches Forest has opened and that Vince is back teaching. He is highly skilled and delivers technique clearly, easily and at a very high standard. I have been to his gym and trained with some previous training partners and Vince is still at the top of his game. Congratulations to Vince and his team. My 6-year-old son has been training here and it’s been a fantastic experience. The coaches are patient, supportive, and really know how to work with kids, building both skills and confidence in a fun and safe environment. The classes are well structured, and you can see real progress in both discipline and technique. Highly recommend for any parent looking to get their child into jiu jitsu.

I’ve been training at SJJA Frenchs Forest since it opened last year and couldn’t ask for a better gym. Professor Vince is a truly fantastic coach. He is great at breaking techniques down in a way that’s both easy to understand and incredibly in-depth for the more advanced students. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned black belt he meets each student at their level, ensuring techniques are fully understood and catering advice to different body types and skill levels. The overall gym environment is incredibly welcoming. Everyone knows each other’s names and will look out for one another during training. There are zero big egos on the mats. The space itself is awesome too, it has modern spacious white mats that are always clean and get plenty of natural sunlight - which helps keep everyone healthy. As a bonus the building is well cooled during hot summer days.
